Elder Sheldon M. Brown is a native of Severn, Maryland, ordained through the Empowering Believers Apostolic International Network and holding a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from the North Carolina College of Theology.
He is the visionary behind the Prayer Room Ministry, Music Director at Metropolitan UMC in Severn, and Minister of Music at First Baptist Church of Guilford. The assignment is simple at its core: a consecrated life, poured out in service.
The music carries the same message in a different key. Sheldon has opened for Stellar Award winner Earnest Pugh, led the combined choir at Fowler UMC for Governor Wes Moore, and ministered on platforms across Maryland.
With his four sons, the Z Boys, he released the singles Campmeeting and Brought Me, alongside his own single Focus. Above every title, he is a father to four kings: Zion, Zaire, Zuriel, and Zayden.
